Ride & Reform

This subscription is tailored for those of you who ride at Sæteråsen Stall og Rideskole. The training is specially developed for riders and focuses on strengthening core muscles, improving balance and increasing body control - qualities that make a big difference both in the saddle and in everyday life. Through targeted Pilates training on the reformer - the device, you get better posture, smoother movements and a reduced risk of strain injuries. Ride & Reform gives you the perfect combination of strength, stability and mobility - so you can perform better on horseback.
