Jumpboard Cardio

We recommend attending 8 Reformer Foundations classes before joining.

Upper Body
Description
A dynamic Reformer class designed to build strength, stability and mobility in the upper body.
This session combines controlled resistance training with fluid movements to strengthen arms, shoulders, chest, back - while keeping the core fully engaged for maxiumum results.
