The perfect starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. This class introduces the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, small-group setting.

You´ll learn how to move with precision, connect with your core, and build the foundations of strength, flexibility, and alignment.

What to expect:

  • Focus on breathing, posture, and mindfull movement

  • Safe, effective  exercises designed for beginners

Reformer Foundations is ideal for those who want to start their Pilates journey

Recommended before progressing to Upper Body, Abs & Glutes, All Levels and Jumpboard Cardio. 

Jumpboard Cardio

Description

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with this high-intensity fusion of reformer training and cardio intervals.

 Prior reformer experience required 

We recommend attending 8 Reformer Foundations classes before joining.

Upper Body

Description 

A dynamic Reformer class designed to build strength, stability and mobility in the upper body.

This session combines controlled resistance training with fluid movements to strengthen arms, shoulders, chest, back - while keeping the core fully engaged for maxiumum results.

What to expect:

  • Precise, controlled exercises that challenge strength and endurance

  • focus on proper technique and posture

  • Movements that balance strength with flexibility

  • Tailored adjustments so all levels can join

Perfect for anyone looking to develop a stronger, more defined upper body, improve posture, and m ove with both power and grace.

We recommend completing at least 2 Reformer Foundations classes before progressing to Upper Body.

All Levels

Description

A balanced full-body Reformer class suitable for all experience levels. With a focus on core strength, alignment, and mindful movement, you´ll build stability, flexibility, and control.

Options for both beginners with prior Reformer Foundations classes and experienced clients ensure a safe yet challenging flow for everyone.

Prior reformer experience required 

We recommend attending 2-4 Reformer Foundations classes before joining.

Abs & Glutes

Description

Activate your core and sculpt your glutes with powerful, targeted sequences on the reformer. 

This class focuses on precise, controlled movement to fire up your midsection and posterior chain- building strength from the inside out. 

Thoughtfully curated playlists energize each session, leaving you feeling strong, sculpted and confident- well beyond the summer season. 

Prior reformer experience required

We recommend attending at least 6-8 Reformer Foundations classes before advancing to this level.
